ArzionRCM across all service lines, locations & technology solutions is HITRUST Certified.

What is HITRUST certified?

HITRUST Certification provides assurances of transparency, integrity and validity of the assurance process to your customers, vendors, and others with whom your organization does business. It also provides centralized, secure, electronic distribution of your certifications to those you designate.

 

There are five Trust Services Principles that comprise our HITRUST  report:

Security : The system is protected against unauthorized access (both physical and logical).

Availability : The system is available for operation and use as committed or agreed.
Processing : Integrity System processing is complete, accurate, timely, and authorized.
Online Privacy : Personal information obtained as a result of e-commerce is collected, used, disclosed, and retained as committed or agreed.
Security : Information designated as confidential is protected as committed or agreed.

ISO 27001 COMPLIANT

Our information security standards are tested and our practices helps addressing people, process and technology.

HIPAA COMPLIANT

Our principal to adhere with Physical, Administrative and Technical Safeguards outlined in HIPAA.

At ArzionRCM we adhere to all the compliances required under HIPAA we undertake with our clients.

Our HIPAA compliance team is led by a Compliance Officer who monitors compliance. A confidentiality agreement is signed by all employees at the time of joining the organization and employees are trained on the importance of compliance.
